Early Beginner

  • Front glide + aid – eyes down, indep recovery
  • Jump in turn and reach for wall, exit water
  • Move to back float, 10s, rotation to recover
  • PF safety & rotation skills (recovery to PF)
  • Safe slide in entry, monkey walk & exit
  • Unsupported swim 3m, eyes down & recover
  • WF - Breath control & submersion
